How this estimate works

It starts with the existing MCARC day/night band scores, then adjusts for solar flux, Kp, and elevated solar wind with southward Bz. The current implementation applies daytime X-ray adjustments to 30m through 10m while leaving 80m and 40m unchanged; that model choice remains under club review. All available measurements were included.

Estimated from current validated solar flux, Kp, solar wind, Bz, X-ray activity, and broad day/night behavior. Actual propagation depends on location, path, season, antennas, local noise, and ionospheric conditions.
