Weather Map Layers
Added a Weather Layers panel so members can independently turn radar, lightning, satellite views, precipitation forecasts, and official NWS watch and warning areas on or off.
Satellite and precipitation layers now offer a simple choice of the most useful view, while the map keeps the club's county lines, warnings, and repeater markers clear above the imagery.

MCARC Weather & SKYWARN Center
Weather & SKYWARN now provides a large interactive map with NOAA live radar, official National Weather Service warning areas, and optional animated radar when that service is available.
The page keeps weather sources separate, so alerts, forecasts, current conditions, and MCARC radio information remain useful if a radar service has a temporary problem.
Administrators can set the MCARC SKYWARN Net to inactive, standby, or active and maintain the repeater details members use during weather operations.

National Weather Service Data
Weather conditions, forecasts, and alerts now come directly from the National Weather Service, with a longer 15-minute local cache to reduce requests.
The paid interactive map has been removed. Members can open the official National Weather Service radar when they need a detailed map.

The Weather map can now zoom out far enough to view the continental United States, while opening centered on Martin County as usual.

Weather Allowance Protection
Reduced automatic radar updates from every minute to every five minutes and kept background-tab requests paused.
Weather maps and conditions are now shared for five minutes so repeated visits by multiple members do not make duplicate provider requests.
Reduced provider map size and removed a redundant label layer while retaining radar, satellite, highways, county lines, alert boundaries, and the Hub's local labels.
Radar animation remains available only when a member selects Play, and repeated frames or map locations can now be served from the Hub's short-term cache.
The Weather page now preserves its last successful conditions and forecast instead of overwriting them with blank data when Xweather reaches a limit or has an outage.

Safer Weather Map Zooming
The weather map now verifies each new zoom level before displaying it. If Xweather cannot provide that level, the map remains at the last working view and disables further zooming in that direction instead of showing an unavailable screen.

Full-Width Weather Map
Expanded the live weather map to the full available width beside the navigation, removing the unused padding on both sides while retaining comfortable spacing around its controls and the forecasts below it.
Corrected the map image scaling so it fills the wider frame instead of creating empty bands on the left and right; county and place overlays remain aligned while dragging or using full screen.

Members can now select an active National Weather Service watch or warning to open a detailed popup with its timing, affected area, severity, urgency, instructions, and available wind, hail, storm, or flood information.

Weather & Alerts now opens with the Satellite + Radar view selected.
Added county boundary lines plus mouse-wheel and on-map zoom controls for a closer or wider view of regional weather.
Map-wheel zoom is intentionally limited so normal use does not create an excessive number of map requests.
Simplified the five-day forecast heading by removing its repeated provider label.
Removed the extra Weather information footer panel to keep the page focused and compact.

Place labels automatically avoid overlapping one another, while out-of-state locations include their state abbreviation for clarity.
Added interstate and major-highway lines to every weather-map view so members can relate approaching weather to familiar travel routes.
Reduced the Martin County highlight's visual intensity by roughly half so it identifies the county without distracting from the weather imagery.

Weather & Alerts now stays within the available screen width instead of making members scroll the entire page sideways.
The hourly forecast and radar timeline remain easy to use on narrower screens without stretching the rest of the Member Hub.
Removed the large repeated page heading so the live radar appears near the top, with the update time and Refresh button kept inside the radar panel.
