Safer, Complete Administration Activity

  • Administrators can now move through a stable snapshot of activity without skipped or repeated entries, with exact bounded search and accurate category labels.
  • Recorded details are now checked for safe size and content, shown in a readable structure, and protected from misleading control characters.
  • Activity now distinguishes current linked accounts, unavailable actors, and system actions, with accessible page controls and full record IDs.

Safer, Complete Help and Support

  • Support reports now avoid duplicate submissions, keep affected paths privacy-safe, and explain exactly which browser details are stored for administrators.
  • Administrators can reach every open and resolved request through accurate page controls, see privacy-safe notification status, and make status changes without overwriting another administrator's work.
  • Support forms now announce progress and results clearly, distinguish current linked accounts from unavailable history, and keep unusually long text inside the page on phones.

Safer, More Reliable Release Checks

  • Database tooling now avoids a newly reported vulnerable supporting package, and the Hub's complete migration, integrity, backup, and production-build checks continue to protect releases.
  • Phone-sized browser checks now handle harmless fractional-pixel rounding consistently while continuing to enforce accessible touch-target sizes.
  • Automated database and browser checks now start temporary jobs consistently on Windows as well as Linux, keeping home and GitHub verification on the same safe path.

Safer, More Truthful Email Notifications

  • Queued email now rechecks the current member, administrator, address, and event before it can leave the Hub, and unsafe or obsolete messages are blocked instead of sent.
  • Reminder notices and their email intent are now saved together, while other notification failures leave a durable signal for follow-up instead of disappearing silently.
  • Email workers now distinguish temporary failures, permanent rejection, local test capture, and provider acceptance, with privacy-safe status available to administrators.
  • SMTP submission now requires encryption, and notification results no longer claim that a message reached a member's mailbox when only a local capture or provider acceptance occurred.

Verified Backups and Clearer Recovery

  • Manual backups now coordinate safely across Hub processes, verify each stored file against durable records, stop on unsafe paths or insufficient work space, and recover cleanly from interrupted publication.
  • Backup downloads now recheck the exact archive before sending it and record whether a download started, completed, or was interrupted without overstating success.
  • Administrators can browse older backup history, receive clear in-place creation results, and see accurate wording about same-volume, unencrypted archives and offline storage.
  • SQLite-only backups now publish a checksum-verified database and manifest together with collision-safe names, complete-pair rotation, and tested synthetic restore instructions.

More Reliable Solar & Radio Propagation

  • NOAA/SWPC measurements now use stricter trusted-source, size, time, and value checks while useful saved measurements remain visible during partial or total outages.
  • Each measurement now follows its own refresh window, and multiple Hub servers coordinate so they do not all request the same NOAA products at once.
  • The page now distinguishes NOAA measurements from MCARC’s broad local estimate, shows X-ray class and numeric flux correctly, and provides a clear NOAA/SWPC source link.
  • Refresh results are announced clearly, the HF outlook uses an accessible table, long source text stays within the page, and the greyline map uses a much smaller rendering layer.
