Safer and Clearer Member Account Management
Member edits now stop and ask an administrator to reload when another administrator has already changed the same account.
The Members page now shows accurate totals with simple page controls, and administrators can create a complete member profile in one confirmed step.
Membership reviews, password resets, account deletion, and form errors now provide clearer progress, success, and correction messages.
Signup and account pages now explain that contact details appear only in the private roster for signed-in active members.
Contest, Calendar, Weather, Email, and Backup Safeguards
Closed contest logs are now locked so their contacts cannot be added, edited, or deleted after the contest ends.
Calendar forms now reject Eastern times that do not exist when clocks move forward instead of silently changing the event time.
An inactive repeater can no longer remain selected as the current SKYWARN primary repeater.
Email retries now keep one stable message identity, and backup records are marked expired only after all related files are confirmed removed.
Data Integrity and Recovery Improvements
Corrected older calendar records so recurring meetings and nets use one consistent date format without changing their Eastern dates or times.
Prevented repeat clicks or simultaneous requests from creating duplicate weekly calendar series or duplicate contest contacts.
Manual backups now include exactly the uploaded files referenced by the verified database snapshot, including document thumbnails, and stop safely if a required file is missing or changes during backup.
Member deletion now records uploaded-file cleanup durably, retries temporary storage failures automatically, and confirms each object is gone before completing the cleanup task.
Event Times on the Calendar
Calendar entries now show their Eastern start time before the event title, so members can see when a meeting or net begins without opening its details.
All-day events continue to display without an unnecessary time.
Simpler Weather Map
Removed the Open Animated Radar button from the Weather Map for now while keeping the live radar and map controls available.
Calendar History Stays Visible
The Calendar now keeps earlier events visible throughout the month and when looking back at prior months.
Completed events have a subtle checkmark, while today’s events receive a stronger outline and Upcoming Events continues to show only what is still coming up.
