Cleaner Public Calendar Page

  • The public calendar now uses the simpler /calendar address, while old /events links continue to forward visitors to the right page.
  • The repeated Calendar heading above the month controls has been removed from the public page.

Upcoming Nets on the Homepage

  • The right-hand homepage card is now labeled Upcoming Nets and shows only future calendar entries from the Nets category.

Clearer Weekly Nets Heading

  • The weekly nets card on the public homepage is now labeled MCARC Weekly Nets.

Clearer Member Hub Preview

  • The Member Hub preview on the public homepage now uses two columns for its feature list on larger screens, leaving clear space above the login button.
  • The preview now highlights contest logging, the document library, Skywarn activations, free exams, and HF nets alongside the existing Member Hub tools.

Club Events on the Homepage

  • The Next Club Event card on the public homepage now shows only upcoming calendar entries from the Club Events category.
  • Visitors can open the featured event for full public details, use Read more when its description continues, or choose View all events to open the public calendar listing.
  • The complete calendar is now available to every website visitor without signing in, while member submissions and administrator controls remain private.

A New Public Home for MCARC

  • The public homepage now gives visitors a clearer introduction to MCARC, with current club events, weekly net times, active repeater information, membership details, and a direct path to the Member Hub.
  • The welcome image now takes up less of the opening screen, bringing useful club information into view sooner.
  • The public navigation now opens dedicated pages for club information, repeaters and nets, events, licensing, and membership.
  • The public header image now shows a more accurate Loogootee water tower, including its name, structure, and antenna installation.
