How do authorized volunteers manage license testing?
Testing Administration keeps sessions, applicants, VE assignments, messages, and results together.
A Site Administrator can grant Testing Administrator access from Testing Administration → VE Team. Testing Administrators create a draft session, review the public contact, coordinating VEC, preparation checklist, and email templates, then publish only when the real details are ready. Each session workspace includes registrations, VE assignments, communication history, details, session-day attendance, results, private export, and contact follow-up. Confirmed assigned VEs see only their assigned sessions and receive roster access only when it is explicitly enabled.
