Reply and Resolve Support Tickets
- Administrators can post an update and resolve a ticket together. Draft replies are protected when changing status.
- Ticket creators can reply to their own tickets. Replying to a resolved ticket reopens it and notifies club support.
Easier Document Browsing
- Browse related documents in category folders with counts, and scan a compact list with expandable details. Empty categories stay out of the filter dropdown.
- Search within a folder or across the library, filter by year, and sort by date or title. Administrators have the same search controls for published documents.
Support Ticket Updates
- View your support tickets and read administrator updates from Help / Report a Problem.
- New reports receive an email confirmation. Ticket updates, resolutions, and reopenings include a direct link back to your ticket.
- Administrators can post written updates and review the ticket history.
Account and Support Emails
- Request a password reset from the sign-in page and choose a new password through a secure email link.
- New applicants verify their email address as well as receiving club administrator approval. Existing members keep their current access.
- Members receive an email when their support ticket is resolved or reopened.
Paid Roster and First Weekly Net Records
- Connected the corrected 2026 paid-member roster for net volunteering and future roll calls.
- Added September 17 history: 14 Shoals check-ins and 8 Loogootee check-ins. Attendance starts fresh with this week; earlier missed weeks are not carried forward.
- The original repeater lists and check-in details are preserved, including Chad as net control. The club station is excluded from individual paid membership.
Weekly Net Schedule and Check-In Logs
- Members can view Thursday net coverage and separate Shoals and Loogootee logs, with printable scripts, history, and attendance exports.
- Administrators can assign net control, enter announcements and scripts, and review corrections. Verified paid-member signup and automatic roll call will become available when the club membership source is connected.
- Both repeaters share a saved roll-call list while keeping their check-ins separate. Attendance history is preserved when callsigns or membership change.
Website Visit Analytics
- Added Cloudflare Web Analytics to help understand website visits and page performance.
Item Planning for Club Events
- Item planning is available only for events in the Club Events category.
- Public Club Events listings now link to member item planning, including Hindostan Days. Sign-in is required to see or change commitments.
A Dedicated Event Items Page
- Event details now show a compact item coverage summary with a link to the full planning page.
- Review your commitments at the top, find items still needed first, and volunteer or manage items with more room. Past and archived plans remain read-only.
Browse Photos Before Uploading
- The Member Hub Photo Gallery now opens the public photo feed, with all club photos shown newest first.
- Use Upload photos / My albums to share photos or manage your albums from a separate page.
Local Weather Alerts on the Member Index
- Active local NWS alerts temporarily replace the announcement tile, with the most urgent alerts first, affected areas, expiration times, and full details.
- Announcements return when alerts expire. Weather and announcement links remain available, and saved alerts are labeled when current NWS data cannot be confirmed.
Faster Photo Uploads
- Upload up to 30 photos at once without typing a caption or description for each one. Add those details later if you wish.
- Optionally enter a shared event name or caption for the batch. Individual captions take precedence, and failed photos can still be retried without uploading successful photos again.
More Useful Weather Map Alerts
- Weather map popups now show the full NWS statement, affected areas, local times, issuing office, and available safety instructions and storm details.
- Long statements scroll within the popup on phones and computers. Alert colors and a legend distinguish warnings, watches, advisories, and statements.
Share Photos Without an Album
- Upload one or several club photos directly to All Photos without creating or choosing an album.
- Albums remain optional for events and projects. Move your own photos into an open album, or back to All Photos, whenever needed.
- Photos without albums appear in the public feed and can appear in the homepage Recent Club Photos block.
A Simpler Change Log
- Updates now appear in a single, easy-to-read list with quieter cards, smaller headings, and clear dates and categories on both change log pages.
- Archive pages use readable addresses such as /change-log/page2. Previously saved page links still work.
- Page one shows at least six releases when available, including every update from the last 24 hours. Previous appears only when there is an earlier page.
Plan Equipment Together in Events
- Add needed items to club events and choose how many you can bring. See who is bringing each item and what is still needed.
- Manage your own commitments, with organizer controls for shared lists. Past and archived event lists stay available to members as read-only history.
All Photos Feed and Member Albums
- The Photo Gallery now opens to every published photo, newest uploads first, with a separate Albums tab.
- Members can create albums, manage their own album details, and invite shared photo contributions. Album owners keep control of their albums while each member keeps control of their own photos.
- Members can remove their own empty albums; administrators can remove albums containing photos.
Public Photo Gallery and Gallery Manager
- Members can share club photos in public albums with captions and photographer credit, separately from Marketplace listings.
- Administrators can create albums, hide photos, choose album covers, and optionally show recent photos on the homepage.
Readable Mobile Sign Out Button
- The account page Sign out button now keeps its label on one line and moves below the description when space is tight.
Correct Club Domain and Search Listings Enabled
- The club website now uses k9mrt.com, matching our K9MRT call sign. Old domain links lead to the matching pages on the new address.
- Public pages are open to search engines again. Member pages remain private and excluded from search listings.
Search Listings Paused for Domain Change
- The website now asks search engines to leave it out of search results while we prepare the correct club domain. Members can keep using the site normally.
Clearer Search Listings and Ham Radio Resources
- Public pages now have clearer titles and summaries for finding local ham radio repeaters, nets, licensing information, and antenna tools.
- The licensing guide now links directly to study resources, practice exams, and exam-session searches.
- Shared links include the club logo, and search engines can find the public tools and document library more easily.
Easier Homepage Navigation and Correct Web Links
- The homepage now has a Menu button on phones and smaller screens, making club pages easy to reach from the top.
- Search engines and shared page links now use kd9mrt.com as the club website address.
