HF Nets Directory for Members
- Eligible paid members can browse a focused HF Nets directory with band, frequency, schedule, source, and historical evidence details.
- Administrators can review research files before applying them, keep entries as drafts until ready, and maintain the directory from a dedicated administration page.
Tighter Refreshed 2.0 Spacing
- Refreshed 2.0 now uses a more compact gap between the Around the Club photo roll and Quick links while keeping the existing tiles and content unchanged.
Weekly Net Coverage Names Restored
- Upcoming Coverage repairs blank future assignments from the club’s supplied schedule when a previous import completed without displaying the controller names. Existing manual assignments and corrections remain preserved.
Refreshed 2.0 Hub Tiles
- Administrators can choose Refreshed 2.0 from Site Layout. It keeps the Refreshed Hub experience and uses the slate quick-link tiles from the original Hub.
Security and Release Checks
- Updated website components with security fixes and strengthened the checks used before publishing changes.
An Optional Refreshed Member Hub
- Administrators can preview a compact Hub with club photos, calendar events, useful links, and recent updates from Site Layout. Classic remains the default and can be restored at any time.
A More Compact Document Library
- Find documents with one search and filter bar, compact rows, and simple opening and download actions. Administrator actions are available from each row’s three-dot menu.
- Meeting Minutes includes both existing minutes categories, with year headings when browsing by date. Stored documents and public access remain unchanged.
Aligned Homepage Photos
- The homepage photo strip now fills the content width on large screens, with evenly sized thumbnails and consistent spacing.
A Dedicated Site Layout Page
- Administration now has a Site Layout tile. Open it to turn the homepage photo strip on or off.
Keep Your Place When Switching Views
- Switching between Admin and Member view now keeps you on the current page, including its address filters. Pages restricted to administrators still enforce their access rules.
Compact Administrator View Switch
- The large administrator view banner is now a small Admin / Member toggle at the top right of the Hub. Switch it on for member view and off to return to administrator tools.
Easier Access to Net Administration
- Weekly Nets now has a prominent Weekly Net Administration button for administrators. The main Administration page also links directly to it, with a return link to Upcoming Coverage.
Club Statistics and Optional Homepage Photos
- Administrators can review club statistics by date, export a summary, and copy a meeting snapshot. Missing tracking history is clearly marked.
- An optional photo strip can show up to five gallery photos above When All Else Fails. It starts turned off; administrators can enable it and choose featured photos without changing the existing homepage content.
Weekly Net Results for Members
- The Weekly Nets landing page now gives members a historical participation dashboard with check-in totals, unique stations, repeater comparisons, and date filters. Only finalized net logs contribute to the statistics.
- Net Administrators keep their schedule and management pages. The member landing page has no operational controls.
Direct Links to Weekly Net Pages
- Each Weekly Nets section now has its own address, including Sandbox and the administration pages. Links to individual nets keep the date and repeater selected when refreshed or bookmarked.
- The Sandbox no longer shows a redundant Run Net tab.
Net Administrator Coverage Schedule
- Upcoming Coverage is now visible only to Net Administrators. Assigned controllers can still open their own nets, and members can use the practice Sandbox and view past logs.
Cleaner Weekly Nets Page
- Removed the routine paid-member roster confirmation banner. Membership warnings still appear when something needs attention.
Fall and Winter Net Control Coverage
- The club’s supplied operator schedule covers both repeaters from September 24 through February 4. Upcoming Coverage shows every scheduled future week.
- The schedule import preserves existing assignments and started nets, and flags conflicts for review. Later operator changes remain in place.
Practice Weekly Nets in the Sandbox
- A Sandbox row above upcoming nets lets members practice running both repeaters, recording check-ins, adding notes, and finishing a net.
- Practice stays private to the open page and never changes real attendance, roll call, coverage, or statistics. Reset it anytime; leaving or refreshing clears the practice session.
View the Hub as a Member
- Administrators can switch to normal member access and return to administrator view from a visible control throughout the Hub.
- The switch applies to the current browser session without changing your account role. Member actions still make real changes.
Choose Your Email Notifications
- My Account now has email notification settings, with individual choices and a switch to pause all optional emails without losing your choices.
- Calendar reminders and calendar review emails are available as separate choices and start turned off. In-app notifications are unchanged.
- Saved choices also apply to queued emails and retries. Password reset, verification, and essential account security messages remain available.
Weekly Net Attendance and Roll Call
- Net Administrators can review weekly attendance, search members, and manage the shared Shoals and Loogootee roll call from Weekly Net Administration.
- Add or remove members, undo a removal, and protect members from automatic inactivity removal. Attendance history and started net lists are preserved.
- Automatic roll-call changes start off. Administrators can preview and confirm enabling them, choose inactivity thresholds, and review a history of changes. Either repeater counts as weekly attendance; incomplete weeks never become assumed absences.
Weekly Net Administrator Access
- Administrators can grant or remove Weekly Net Administration access with a checkbox beside each member account. Changes save immediately.
- Net Administrators can manage net operators, scripts, announcements, and corrections without receiving full site administrator access.
