How do I use the Dipole Calculator?
Enter a frequency or choose a common band to get starting wire lengths.
Open the Dipole Calculator. Enter your operating frequency in MHz or choose a band button. Read Overall wire length and Each side of center.
These lengths are a starting point for a center-fed half-wave dipole. Cut wire a little long and tune it in its installed location. Keep antennas and feed lines clear of power lines.
