Preview the Site as a Visitor
- Site and Net Administrators can choose Visitor (Signed Out) from View as to browse public pages and use public forms as a visitor would. A return button brings them back to their administrator view.

More Reliable Website Updates
- Website update checks now run with less database interference, helping releases complete more reliably.
Resume NetLogger Refreshes
- When an HF Net refresh fails, requesting it again within 48 hours continues from the saved progress. Rosters already completed are kept, so the refresh does not start over.
Submit Net Announcements in Member View
- An administrator whose account has confirmed paid membership can submit and edit a real net announcement while viewing the Hub as a Member. It goes through the same review process as any member submission. Other changes remain unavailable in preview.
Weekly Net Announcements
- Paid members can choose from the next four open weekly net dates when sending an announcement. Net Administrators review it before it appears in both repeater scripts. Members can edit a submission, and approved wording stays in place while changes await review. An approval email includes the final text.
Clearer Weekly Nets Navigation
- Net Administrators can open Roll Call Settings and Attendance Statistics directly from Weekly Nets. History is now Net Logs, and Manage is now Net Setup, so each section is easier to recognize.
Find and Update Weekly Net Stations
- Weekly Net Administrators can find every saved Shoals or Loogootee station by callsign, including stations not shown in paid-member attendance statistics.
- Open a station to move it between Roll Call and Non Roll-Call, remove it from one repeater, or remove it from both current lists. Earlier net results remain unchanged.
Repeater-Specific Weekly Net Roll Calls
- Weekly Net Administrators can paste separate ordered rosters for Shoals and Loogootee, including a Non Roll-Call reference section for each repeater.
- Starting a net freezes both repeater lists for that week. Earlier attendance, completed nets, and already-started lists remain unchanged.
Faster Weekly Net Check-In Entry
- Net control operators can tick Called to keep their place in the roll call, then mark each person who checks in. A check-in clears the Called tick. When finishing a repeater log, a confirmation shows how many stations without check-ins will be recorded as No response. The Help guide explains these steps too.

Restore a Testing Session
- Testing administrators can now restore a session marked complete by mistake. Previously published sessions return to the public schedule, and the session history records the correction.
Clear Confirmation for Testing Dates
- Testing administrators now see a clear confirmation after creating or saving a testing session. New drafts also explain that they appear on the public schedule only after being published.
Password Match Feedback on Join
- The Join form now shows when the two passwords do not match before you submit your application.
Easier Return from Support Tickets
- Administrators now have a clear button to return to the support request list while reviewing or resolving a ticket.
Clearer Membership Applications
- The question about why you want to join is now clearly marked Required.
- If an application has a mistake or the website cannot submit it, your answers stay in the form so you can correct the problem and try again.
License Testing Email Template Manager
- Testing Administrators can review all nine session email templates in one polished workspace, edit subjects and messages, and see desktop, mobile, or plain-text previews before saving.
- Review progress now links directly from Testing Administration. Authorized administrators can send test messages, restore standard wording, and see recent template history before publishing a session.
Free MCARC License Testing Registration
- Visitors can now find upcoming MCARC amateur-radio examination sessions and register without joining the club or creating a website account.
- A secure email link lets each applicant update or cancel only their own registration. Authorized testing volunteers can manage sessions, applicants, examiner assignments, reminders, attendance, and results from the Member Hub.
Member Menu Fits Shorter Screens
- The Member Hub menu now keeps every link available without adding a separate sidebar scroll bar on shorter desktop and laptop screens.
Old Website Links Reach the Club Domain
- Links using the former Railway website address now open the same page at k9mrt.com, including saved page addresses and filters.
Easier Club Photo Browsing
- The Around the Club photo roll now keeps clear left and right buttons over the photos when more pictures are available. The photo area is more compact, while swiping, keyboard access, and photo viewing continue to work.
Report a Problem Link Restored
- The Member Hub menu again links directly to the problem report form, between Help & FAQ and Change Log.
Safer Role Preview
- Site Admins can preview the Hub as a Net Administrator or Member, and Net Administrators can preview the Member view from a compact View as menu.
- Preview mode keeps real data safe by stopping changes until the administrator returns to their actual role.
Easier Weekly Net Schedule
- Upcoming Weekly Net coverage now uses compact date rows on larger screens and easy-to-read cards on phones.
- Shoals and Loogootee coverage, operators, and actions stay together, while the practice Sandbox is clearly separated from real sessions.
