Weekly Net Control Assignments
Website administrators can now pre-assign an eligible Weekly Net Administrator to Shoals, Loogootee, or both upcoming nets. Each repeater clearly shows whether coverage is open, volunteered, or assigned.
Replacing or removing an assignment requires confirmation, and the Activity Log records the change.

Easier Change Log Browsing
The Change Log now shows 24 complete updates per page with a clear result count and compact page controls.
Page numbers stay in the address bar, so later pages can be refreshed, bookmarked, shared, and revisited with the browser Back and Forward buttons.

New applicants now receive an email that clearly confirms their membership application was received and is awaiting administrator review, while prompting them to verify their email address.

Firefox users now receive the same clear retry message as other browsers when a connection interruption prevents email notification settings from saving. Unsaved choices remain on the page.

Updated the website's email delivery component to address newly reported security issues while keeping account and notification emails working through the existing protected delivery queue.

Account requests now show clear field or connection errors instead of appearing unresponsive.
Submitting an application no longer waits for email delivery, and license choices now include people who are interested in amateur radio but are not yet licensed.

HF Nets FAQ Explains Indiana Listings
A new Help & FAQ answer explains that HF Nets are listed when NetLogger shows an Indiana station in a roster; the net itself may be based elsewhere.
It also explains that a roster entry does not confirm an on-air contact or reception from Martin County.

Administrators Can Refresh HF Nets From NetLogger
Administrators can request a NetLogger refresh from HF Net administration and see its progress. There is no automatic weekly scan.
Existing historical entries are preserved. After a successful refresh, nets without an Indiana listing for 35 days are archived instead of deleted; failed scans do not archive listings.

Help & FAQ now walks net control operators through opening their assigned net, recording check-ins, and finishing each repeater log. Members can practice the same website steps in the Sandbox.

A Simpler Member Help Center
The Help Center now has quick links, topic categories, and answers that open one at a time, making it easier to find a guide without scrolling through every topic.
Search results are easier to scan. Problem reports now open on their dedicated page, while existing guides and support tickets remain available.

Visitors and members can now browse and search guides for public pages, radio tools, and Member Hub features without signing in.
Help guides are added automatically when the site starts. Administrators can edit or disable any guide from Help & FAQ administration.

Paid members can now search Help & FAQ articles, browse topics, and report a problem when an article does not solve the issue.
Administrators can prepare, review, and publish help articles without editing site code. The Feedline Loss Calculator now includes a direct help link.

Complete Every Weekly Net Roll-Call Entry
Net control operators now assign Checked in or No response to every roll-call station before finalizing a repeater net.
The bulk option that marked every remaining station absent has been removed, so Not called remains a reliable marker for where roll call should resume.

Suspend Stations from Weekly Roll Calls
Weekly Net Administrators can suspend a station from the upcoming roll-call preview and future roll calls, then restore it when needed.
Suspension preserves previous attendance and already-started net records, and remains in place until an administrator restores the station.

More Coax Choices in the Feedline Calculator
The Feedline Loss Calculator now includes ten manufacturer-documented cable choices, adding LMR-195, LMR-200, LMR-500, RG-58, RG-174, and Belden 9913.
Each added cable uses its manufacturer’s published attenuation formula or loss table, impedance, velocity factor, and supported frequency range.

Clearer Weekly Net Check-In Controls
Net control operators can click Checked in a second time to clear an accidental selection and return that station to Not called.
When the actual net control operator was checked in while starting the net, the separate control now clearly says Net control checked in instead of appearing to accept the same check-in again.
The unused Recheck option has been removed from the net-control check-in area.

Clearer Account Setup for Club Members
The homepage now places Create Account beside Member Login so paid club members who are new to the website know where to begin.
The account form now clearly explains that existing MCARC members and people applying to join can use the same form.

Weekly Net Controllers Shown Correctly
Upcoming Coverage now shows the club supplied controller names and callsigns to members as well as administrators.
The confirmed five-person schedule is reapplied exactly while preserving cancellations, completed nets, and later assignments to a different controller.

Production updates now use a smaller application image so releases are less likely to fail while the website is being prepared.

HF Net cards and details now show the audited operating day and time in Eastern time. Historical times remain clearly labeled until a recurring schedule is confirmed.

The Weekly Nets page now restores blank future controller assignments from the club’s supplied schedule before showing Upcoming Coverage. Cancelled and manually changed sessions remain protected.
Feedline Loss Calculator
A new public and Member Hub calculator estimates coax loss, power at the antenna, ERP, and EIRP using cable data published by the manufacturers.
Operators can enter an antenna impedance, reflection measurement, or VNA file for detailed results. An SWR-only entry is clearly shown as an estimated range because SWR does not include phase.

The HF Nets directory now starts with 24 club-reviewed records that include Indiana roster evidence. Audited NetLogger operating times are now shown as historical until recurring schedules are confirmed, and members do not need an upload to see them.
